For all of you who want healthy preserved Marvelous Mangalitsa Meat charcuteries (no nitrates and nitrites), you now have a source to get it from. It takes time to prepare the food plus a lot of effort and investment. Add your name and info in the list so I can estimate how much I have to prepare ahead of time. It is best if you pledge for up-front payment to offset the investment that I have to make ahead of time with a butcher. Please do.
