Farmers Sharing Equipment List

Tractors and Such

Why? Because you knew the feeling when you needed it. Now that you have what you needed, there are other farmers who may have other things that you need and needed what you have. How about a use exchange for a special equipment. Or plans, or consultation. You can’t have or know everything, but a group of similar-minded people will have enough resources than a single person working on their own. “No man is an island.” Please get on the list, make it grow, and make homestead farming a popular trend to make people healthy again.

This list is for all farmers wanting to be successful in their endeavor of cultivating their homestead, for whatever purpose it could be,  by sharing their precious equipment to other people, so that others may share back their equipment that you may have a need.

If we can make this list happen, the result is that there would be a lot of savings in equipment investment. Of course, there are concerns joining this program; breakage,  time-of usage conflict, un-fair share or use, etc., all of which can be remedied as the program becomes popular. A locality of farmers sharing equipment may create their own rules or use the recommended rules.

An example solution for “breakage” may be: a fund can be initiated by a local group or a central fund (funded by monthly payments by all members) for all group localities to cover repair and maintenance costs of the equipment, even to the point that there could be a central maintenance and repair shop where all farmers can bring their equipment freeing members of the sharing group from having a problem of finding a shop, or from the sudden cost of an emergency equipment breakdown.
